This function will be reporting to the Sampling Manager and will be based at dsm-firmenich Indonesia, Cileungsi Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall planning activity at sampling perfumery
• Recognize problems and unusual events and communicate to Supervisor
• Work in team and can work under pressure
• Understand material flow systems e.g., FIFO/FEFO, Kanban
• Participate in all sampling meetings and work closely with other departements mainly Commercial, QC, and Import
• Maintain with well of batch sheets, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
• Achieve sampling perfumery KPI
• Ensure all sample orders fulfilled based on SO
• Keep good housekeeping following basic standard of 5S

You bring:

• Diploma from all majors
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience handling Planning, preferably in chemical company
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S
• Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills
• Understand and comply with emergency and safety procedures and practices.
• Good technical and process thinking
