Business Controller Jobs

▪︎Develop and update meaningful metrics and reporting tools that can facilitate decision-making;
▪︎Develop new or enhanced financial models to support changing business needs;
▪︎Develop detailed understanding of critical business processes and challenge operations team to identify areas for financial performance improvement;
▪︎Proactively engage business management to achieve financial and business goals;
▪︎Participate in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and analysis to support business unit needs and initiatives;
▪︎Establish or modify new policies and procedures to ensure the back-office supports a rapidly growing business.
