Min. 5 years direct experience in product ownership or product management in the development of software products

Certification in product ownership or product management is a plus.

Translate business and end-user needs into product requirements (e.g., process flows, data flows, product designs, product features, etc.)

Ability to think strategically with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experienced in defining product features and epics, writing user stories, and managing product backlog.

Experienced with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Miro, etc.

Prior experience in the domain of user identity/accounts management/authentication would be a plus

A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in Engineering/Computer Science/Management

At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products

Define clear, well-scoped product requirements based on user pain points/needs understanding and insights from data backed by strong intuition

Define and drive product roadmap and OKRs that balances cutting-edge experimentations, innovations, and improving user experience, optimizing for authentication costs

Build platform APIs which will be used by different GoTo apps to simplify user journeys related to sign-up, log in etc

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Product Management field

Define and implement product development and product management plan

Maintain existing app products (product management)

Conduct market intelligence to maintain competitiveness and profitability of product offering

Good analytical and logical thinking skills

Good collaboration skills to work with cross-function teams

Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps

Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they re successful achieved

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

Collaborate with Product Manager for activities supporting product life cycle management, approvals and training.

Preference 3-5 years of experience in in key industry (e.g. chemical, lubricants, machine tool, market segments).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor Degreechemical, mechanical, industrial engineering, business petroleum, metallurgy or science.

Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.

The minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.

Familiar with working agile process management methodology

3 - 6 years experience of digital product, especially in Banking Industry / FinTech
