Memantau cycle count harian dan memastikan stok barang di sistem dengan yang ada di gudang 99% akurat.

Bertanggung jawab atas item barcode dan stok kotak barcode untuk operasional.

Memiliki pengalaman dan mampu mengoperasikan Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Untuk memastikan kelancaran pengoperasian gudang melalui koordinasi tim logistik.

Untuk menilai beban kerja dalam tim yang dialokasikan + mengalokasikan sumber daya secara memadai setiap hari.

Untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan pergudangan + menghadiri masalah SDM laporan langsung seperti ketidakhadiran, kehadiran, cuti sakit, dll.

Untuk mencapai indikator kinerja utama (KPI) Anda + pastikan tim Anda memenuhi KPI mereka.

Experience in using Warehouse Management System an advantage

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory management.

Min. has 3 years experience with Supervisory or Head roles in warehouse positions

Proven experience in supervising and mentoring others in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with conflicting priorities and limited time available.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Procurement within the resources, construction and infrastructure sectors

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Procurement Lead role

Establish and develop an effective communication plan between key stakeholders to ensure efficient change management as and when required.

Prior experience as an operational readiness lead / manager

Facilitate alignment of roles and responsibilities within the Operational Readiness team and other stakeholders to ensure effective operational ramp-up.

Manage a safe and healthy work environment where workers and contractors can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment.

Ensure environmental impact falls within and complies with statutory requirements.

Working knowledge of operational readiness processes

Memastikan laporan cash kecil sesuai dan semua laporan expenses DC dapat dipertanggung jawabkan ke finance pusat (admin).

Mengkoordinasi team untuk mencapai monthly / weekly KPI per divisi.

Memastikan barang di DC lengkap dan akurat sesuai dengan data, dengan cara mengawasi stock opname rutin (log).

Melakukan efisiensi pengiriman dengan membagi jadwal pengiriman sesuai dengan alamat, sesuai dengan SOP pengiriman (log).

Memastikan semua setoran penjualan sesuai dengan jumlah invoice cash (admin).

Review semua penjualan harian di system, dan pembayarannya di akhir hari, dan submit laporan setoran harian ke kantor pusat (admin).

Experience having demonstrated effective HSE leadership and management in a similar sized project, or across multiple locations within a similar industry.

Assist in developing, communicating, implementing and regularly review systems, strategies, standards and processes (including environmental plans or health management programs) that:

Melakukan pemantauan pada aktivitas operasional Gudang

Mengkoordinasikan Operator untuk memastikan bahwa setiap operator melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan tugasnya

Membuat reporting mengenai performance operasional di gudang

Menganalisa proses kerja di gudang seperti penyediaan rekomendasi /proposal pengembangan untuk sistem agar meningkatkan efektivitas proses kerja di Gudang

Memastikan stok digudang akurat sesuai dengan system

Melakukan analisis komplain kemudian berkoordinasi dengan operator terkait pengaduan yang diterima dapat diselesaikan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan yang berlaku.

Have a great communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Minimum 5 Years experience in in Warehousing and Logistic especially at Pharmacy / Invitro Diagnostic Product (handling 300-500 product)

Minimum Education Background : D3 / S1

The Candidate must have an adequate competency in supply chain (Warehousing and Logistic especially at Pharmacy / Invitro Diagnostic Product.)

Able to work in a timely manner to accomplish SLA.

Monitoring and lead all supply chain and logistic activity in warehouse.
