As VP of People you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture and creating an outstanding experience for our employees throughout Tentang Anak DNA to all TAmily. As a strategic leader, you will work closely with C-Level and other departments to align with our organizational goals, foster a high-performing team, and contribute to ensure a happy and high performing employee As the VP of People, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

What Will You Do

1. Build a high-performing team and culture by implementing an agile people strategy that enhances people's experience throughout the employee life cycle
2. Develop people's strategy roadmap and experience that align with the organization's goals
3. Oversee the full spectrum of the HR functions to ensure key issues involving, manpower planning, talent management, compensation benefit, operations and compliance, talent attraction, and retention are scalable, well developed and remain updated.
4. Work closely with C-level and other department head to implement the company's culture based on the organization's vision, mission, and values.

What You Will Need

1. Bachelor’s or master degree in human resource, business and management or related field with 6-8 years of experience
2. Extensive knowledge of employment law
3. 8+ years’ experience in human resources managing various HR functions
4. 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication across all levels
6. Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-management skills
