Resinda Hotel Karawang, Managed by Padma Hotels, is a luxurious hotel located in Karawang, 92 km from Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Jakarta. The property features 256 spacious and well-designed rooms and suites, along with an elegantly-appointed Grand Ballroom to accommodate up to 1200 guests for business gatherings, social events, and weddings. The hotel also has three dining outlets, a tropically inspired lagoon pool, and is supported by a business center, concierge services, and valet parking with space for over 500 vehicles.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper at Resinda Hotel Karawang. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards. The Executive Housekeeper will also be responsible for managing laundry services, training staff on housekeeping procedures, and communicating with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop housekeeping staff
• Experience with laundry services and procedures
• Fluency in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in managing a team and overseeing housekeeping operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality management or related field
