City Manager Solo Jobs

Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is currently looking for City Manager Solo to join our team as soon as possible, with details as below:

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of achieving sales results at developing customers and aligning platform brand strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and retail programs within company guideline and budgets.
• Provide leadership through direction, coaching and planning to increase the sales team performance, including leading team customer planning process, inclusive of fiscally responsible and coordinate trade planning process, trade effectiveness and efficiency, etc.

Requirements

• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English, ability to speak and write in Mandarin would be a plus point
• Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, relationship required, which includes KA and small medium enterprises.
• Possess at least bachelor degree from accredited university
• Minimum 5-7 years related industry experience which includes cosmetics, 3C, IT ,FMCG, etc.
• Extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish sales goal.
