Requirements

• Preferably: 3 years in the same position in a service company
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
• Min. 3-5 years at the management level
• Proficiency in English
• Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills
• Proven history of profit and loss management
• Motivated self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor Degree from any major

• Direct warehouse operations. Maintain necessary inventory levels
• Direct accounts receivable activities, ensure collection debt is collected
• Manager branch budget
• Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the division/branch and organizationfrom
• Direct all operational aspects of the branch in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained
• Ensure safety regulations are adhered to
• Direct assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans for the branch
