City Manager, Operation Jobs

We’re looking for a City Manager to join our team to expand our job search platform operation and win market leadership for the targeted city/region in Indonesia: Bali, Bandung, Medan, Makassar, Semarang, and Yogyakarta.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Discover localization potential and work with central team to deliver it
• Build the local sales team and optimize the process to grow job listing in each targeted areas
• Discover and execute local marketing opportunities while collaborating with central marketing team to bring jobseekers to our platform
• Implement local business process as needed to optimize customer experience on our platform for each customer segments
• Manage the operational budget according to target
