Job Description
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken). Solid demonstrated presentation skills with ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
  • Plan for retention of stable performers and improvement plans for weak performers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance visibility in the market i.e through participation in exhibitions, fairs, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task while being flexible with changing demands.
  • Customer service and relationship management for existing and new customer development.
  • Demonstrated sales skills and/or training with ability to utilize consultative sales techniques.
  • Act as a key contributor to the Strategy making team.
  • Self-starter and results-oriented individual with the confidence to take risk and partner with business leaders as required.
  • Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action.
  • Contribute new ideas for product development also test the idea.
  • Maintain a comprehensive outlook of the region and future trends.
  • B2B Sales experience.
  • Ensure timely provision of training to the team.
  • High sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
  • Give timely feedback about the product operation and working to the technical team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90% in Bandung/West Java area as you are as the remote employee who direct visit client.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data and strategic tools to improve sales, meet goals, identify opportunities, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to manage the Territory and good at prospecting.
  • Act as a customized service provider to the key customers.
