Territory Sales Supervisor (Food Distribution Company)

We're now looking for Territory Sales Supervisor for Food Distribution Company in FKS Group.

Job description :

• Encouraging an increase in regional sales targets for all products, as well as distribution targets to sub-distributors
• Plan, conduct, check and implement all sales & marketing development activities
• Coordinating the implementation of short-term regional sales development activity plans with sub-distributors
• Conduct sales & monitor sales activities in regional sub-distributors: Selling Price, Outlet Register, Active Outlet, Effective Call, credit limit and collection customer payment
• Carry out administrative activities in the work process
• Prepare regular sales achievement reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Estimated monthly, quarterly and yearly sales of Regions with sub-distributors
• Monitoring competitors' activities related to region, prices, promos, and more
• Effectively build and develop good partnerships and relationships with sub-distributor areas
• Coordinating sub-distributors to carry out all marketing programs in the field

Qualification:

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have experience in handling Direct or Indirect Distributor
• This position must have strong analytical, negotiation and relationship building skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience min. 3 years as a sales supervisor in a food distribution company is a must
• Have SIM A
• Have a good portfolio of cooperation with distributors and sub-distributors
• Able to work under pressure
