Job Description

Our client is a well-established specialty food ingredients distributor with a strong presence in the APAC region. They are currently expanding their business in Jakarta and looking for a Sales Lead for one of their business units, to join their team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Understand and evaluate customers’ requirements and ensure products and services are delivered in a timely manner
  • Continuously update in-depth market knowledge, trends, and insights within the industry
  • Develop the Sales and Distribution strategy across Indonesia
  • Analyse the previous results, propose changes to the top management and implement improvement
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales results and forecasts
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven management experience as Division Sales Manager
  • Bachelor's in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
  • Commercially driven with a strong determination to win every deal
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in a related area.
  • Willing to travel frequently to various locations among the responsibility’s region.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
  • Dynamic, strong leadership skills with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development (hunter mindset).
