Job Description

As part of our effort to continue providing service excellence, and to implement our initiatives to

meet customer needs, develop new capabilities, Bluebird is looking for Loyalty Manager.


As the Loyalty Manager at Bluebird, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our loyalty program. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of loyalty campaigns, overseeing daily operational tasks, and driving customer engagement and retention. Your expertise in loyalty program strategy, campaign management, and data analysis will contribute to the success of our program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage customer insights, and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously optimize and enhance the loyalty program. What Will You Do:

  • Continuously optimize and improve the loyalty program based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in loyalty programs to drive innovation and differentiation for Bluebird.
  • Develop and implement the overall loyalty program strategy and roadmap for Bluebird Group.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for personalized and targeted loyalty campaigns including customer data file processing, tier assignment, and mission program.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the loyalty program, such as customer engagement, retention, and redemption rates.
  • Manage comprehensive plans to deliver increased consumer engagement and drive incremental sales growth through loyalty program.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty program features and functionality within the MyBluebird app.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to align loyalty program initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of loyalty campaigns, including ideation, creation, setup, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accurate and timely recording of loyalty points, transactions, and redemptions.

What You Need to Have:

  • Experience in developing and executing loyalty campaigns across multiple channels, including mobile apps and digital platforms.
  • Proven experience (min 3 years) in managing loyalty programs, preferably in the transportation, e-commerce, travel/hospitality, airline, or other relevant services industry.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of customer loyalty principles, customer lifecycle management, and CRM strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate loyalty program strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Having knowledge of conducting experiment and A/B testing / multi-variable testing.
  • Familiarity with loyalty management/program software, tools, and technologies
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT/Computer Science, Business, Management, or equivalent experience from reputable university.
  • Well-versed with collaboration / workflow / task management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Slack, or Trello).
