Job Description
What Will You Do


  • Track performance and conduct employee reviews
  • Set daily employee objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals
  • Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
  • Fill in for managers in their absence, manage budgets, and coordinate sales team
  • Ensure quality sales team and supervise them with diverse talents and responsibilities
