Responsibilities

• Engage potential members on performance discussions and opportunities for expansion
• Track and analyze the performance of members for reporting
• Assist management on yearly budgeting, and forecast with respect to income arising from trading activities
• Conduct regular meetings with members to understand their business needs and directions
• Maintain member relationships.
• Liaise with members on complaints, operational feedback and any matters
• Provide all division with relevant membership reports when required
• Support the Compliance, Audit, Mediation, Marketing, Operations, Legal teams in terms of membership
• Ensure members adhere to the membership terms

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing and relations
• Good communication and writing skills which are essential for report writing and membership relations
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and possess strong analytic skills
• Multitask efficiently and possess the ability to work under a fast-paced environment.
• Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
