About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Junior Learning Operations Specialist for our scholarship project & education programs. This role will improve alignment, communication and maximize our internal functions by running processes that meet our business needs. The main challenge of this role will be continuously iterating the operation standards as we scale. At its core, learning ops is the intersection of business, product, finance & operations.
What you will do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business, product, finance, education) ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Track participant performance, engagement, and financial disbursement in each scholarship process.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the scholarship programs based on feedback and performance data.
• Act as the main point of contact for participants, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Running all activities according to the scholarship project plan.
• Generate comprehensive progress reports for internal stakeholders, providing insights into participant performance and program effectiveness.
• Follow up and remind participants about upcoming classes, resources, tests, and deadlines.

What you will need

• 2-3 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or project management
• BSc in Business Administration, Information System, or relevant field
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation
• Experience with project management software
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in daily basis
• Good knowledge of operations management & finance
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills in order to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
