2-4 years experience in Operations management

Experience working with task management platforms, past experience with Wrike or similar platforms a plus

Program management of wider operational activities

Supports the Operations Manager & the Ops team in the day-to-day operational function within the company

Works with the Ops manager to establish company policies, procedures & SOPs

Works together with HR and Finance team to ensure policies are up to date

Good knowledge of operations management & finance

2-3 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or project management

Experience with project management software

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business, product, finance, education) ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
