Head Of Operations (Bali)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
• Implement efficient processes and standards.
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with Emerhub services.
• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
• Communicate with clients (in English) regularly, including managing customer problems: answer questions for customers, track deliveries, and address customer complaints.
• Create cost-effective plans and efficient routes for deliveries. Ensure that deliveries are made within strict deadlines.
• Train, and supervise delivery team members.
• Monitor and maintain the operational budget for the delivery department. This may include writing weekly and monthly budget reports for the branch manager.
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
• A Master's degree in legal, business administration or a closely related field is required.
• CRM and technology savvy. Expert in the use of digital tools and technologies to explore creative ideas and new ways of displaying ideas and research.
• Must have at least ten years of relevant work experience in a multinational corporation, preferably abroad.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
