• Achieve sales target & increase dealer profit
• Continuously provide guidance and direction to employees who are led in order to achieve common targets
• Manage the inventory of motor units at the dealer
• Maintaining the good reputation of YAMAHA's big name and keeping the dealer environment clean, safe and comfortable
• Create strategies to increase sales and expand the network to achieve dealer targets
• Manage Dealers and their employees with integrity, loyalty, discipline, honesty by applying the company's cultural values, vision and mission
• Providing high satisfaction to customers through excellent service

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as Head Store in retail sector
• Able to lead and manage shop operations professionally, independently, and able to adapt to the dynamic automotive business
• Mastering MS Office
• Minimum Senior High School graduate
• Understanding the automotive world
• Have a strong leadership spirit, and have good problem solving skills
• Able to speak and present in public
• Have good communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, high integrity, and commitment
• Having good analytical skills and conceptual thinking, and oriented towards performance targets
