Area Sales Manager - Jawa Timur

About the Team:

As a Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in presenting, promoting, and selling all Fazz Agen products specifically within the designated area of Jawa Timur. You will be the key representative of Fazz Agen in this region, responsible for establishing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with agents.

What you'll do:

• Present, promote, and sell all Fazz Agen products in the Jawa Timur area.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes (KPIs) within the given schedule.
• Conduct site visitations to establish, develop, and maintain commercial relationships with agents.
• Connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage community groups to strengthen community engagement.
• Manage sales transactions and engage with new, potential, and existing agents.
• Provide education and support to all agents in the area.
• Act as a liaison to communicate agents' experiences and feedback to the Product Development team or related departments.
• Offer excellent after-sale service, follow-up conversations with agents, handle complaints, and optimize every selling opportunity.

What we're looking for:

• Has working experience in Banking, Fintech, or Consumer Goods.
• Business Development and Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in delivering effective presentations and possessing a can-do attitude.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity with a wealth of ideas.
• Ability to work as a personal contributor as well as a team leader.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
