👑 Job Role

  • The Sales Manager must lead the process of implementing our resources and build a culture based on new business development
  • Works with key advertisers, including a base of local and locally controlled small businesses, to develop successful relationships
  • Upon demonstrating an understanding of the media sales business the General Sales Manager will be encouraged to identify high-performance sales talent and build his/her team to ensure continued growth

  • Prospecting new business and potential partners
  • The General Sales Manager must lead the process of implementing our resources and build a culture based on new business development
  • Work closely with market leadership to create unique cross-platform programs
  • Developing and pitching sponsorship packages designed to meet clients’ needs


⛩️ Requirements

  • Have innovative ideas in developing sales strategies and overcoming problems and obstacles in marketing (problem solving)
  • Willing to make routine business trips
  • Domicile in East Java
  • Can speak mandarin
  • Computer literate and Ms. applications. Office well
  • More experience in operational or field
  • Have good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
  • Target achievement oriented, hardworking, dedicated, have high integrity, and have high loyalty
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Retail/FMCG sales in a Managerial position (Preferably Automotive R2)
  • Have leadership skills to provide team direction and motivation
  • Have the ability to plan and implement sales and marketing strategies in the area
  • Able to do proper market analysis, distribution, pricing, and promotion plans
  • Minimum education S1 any major
