The main responsibilities are numerous and include:

Delivering exceptional customer service and advising on correctvisa/legal products for our customers.

Comprehensively understandvisa/legal processes and be competent to assist processes

Help increase sales

Maintain excellent relationships with our customers

Attend networking events and help promote LetsMoveIndonesia

Build network and meet potential customers

You will speak to customers throughout thevisaprocess, so applicants must be presentable, attention detailed, be able to use initiative and possess a likeable, outgoing personality.

Please note, this role will be an active one, so please only apply if you are prepared to work hard and dream to work in a fast-growing company. Additionally, English is spoken in the workplace and our customers are mostly foreign, therefore, exceptional English is a must.

Visaexperience is preferred; however, we are interested in commitment and work ethic over general qualifications.
