Responsibilities

·Account Management

• Modern Trade | Grow the sales of YOUVIT within the Surabaya and Bali based portfolio of National Key Accounts (NKA) and Local Key Accounts (LKA) including Pharmacy, Hyper & Supermarkets, Non-Food channels & Mini-markets. LKAs include Hokky, Palapa, Bilka, Emaja, Chikko, Makmur, Sakinah, Pepito, Popular, Frestive, Minimarket, Coco Mart and miscellaneous MM, BS and GT outlets.
• Market Entrance | Built plan of approach to grow sales in LA’s including mapping functional store universe, sales forecasting, budgeting, and a creative sales & marketing plan including a mix of trade/consumer promotions, visibility and event organizing.
• General Trade | Penetrate and grow the sales of YOUVIT within the Surabaya and Bali based portfolio of General Trade including Apotek, Modern Trade Independent, GT Cosmetics and Baby Shops.

·Distribution Management

• Distribution | Closely coordinate distribution operations, grow the sales and increase the coverage in collaboration with our 5 distributor partners: PT AAM, PT SMD, PT ALS and PT DXP.
• Budgeting | Undertake the actions above while managing a budget that turns YOU’s sales operations profitable.
• Relationship | Work closely with distributors, retailers and institutions to grow sales and built strong relationships in support of the above.

·Manpower Management

• Development | Built SOP’s and train local sales team on product knowledge, selling skills and performance reporting.
• Sales Team | Recruit, Train, develop and improve the performance of a sales team consisting ofTeam Leaders,SPG’s &Merchandisers in support of world-class sales operations.
• Sales Marketing | Ensure in store team operations and sales and marketing promotions are properly executed.
• Events | Initiate and support the organization of sales and marketing events both in-store as in public areas to grow strong brand awareness.

·Team Operations

• Field Presence | Have a passion for being in the field and on the move 24/7!
• Team Work | Be ready to jump in and help out on many other related topics.

Qualifications

1. Solid academic background;
2. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, experience in distribution management of consumer (health & beauty) products is preferred;
3. Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
4. Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and excellent problem-solving skills;
5. High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business;
6. Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
7. Strong feeling of responsibility;
