Your Tasks:
- Develop and propose RD specific strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and to ensure effective allocation of resources in achieving the target and growing the business within the territorial coverage.
- Directly implement price to trade and support monitoring of price to consumer at trade as well as coordinate the follow up actions to secure company profitability.
- Conduct and coordinate the process of obtaining information about customers and market trends and also monitoring competitor activities at the customers to support the process of providing information needed to assess potential for further business development in the territorial coverage.
- Directly monitor, control and coordinate the distribution of standard assortment quantitatively to ensure that availability and visibility, by channel, customer and customer cluster are in line with must-carry-SKU lists, planograms, and merchandising standards.
- Directly monitor and coordinate the implementation of account plans to ensure proper execution of the agreed plans.
- Ensure the maintenance of the required RD's databases to ensure availability of up-to-date information in supporting the entire sales operation.
- Provide direct supervision to RD's processes of ensuring the availability of product stock beyond contractually agreed drop points in order to avoid out of stock situation.
- In alignment with company policy to build close working relationship the RDs within the territorial coverage as well as with key customers in order to gain high level of support and loyalty.
- Provide training and briefings to RD's employees, SPG, and MD to ensure that all third-party staff is equipped to perform to their best.
- Execute process of deploying launch/relaunch, POS and promotional activities
- Assist the RSM in jointly developing the business plan, developing scorecard, and doing the route planning with each RD within the territorial coverage and negotiating the term and provide direct supervision to the implementation of the agreed RD Business plan, scorecard, route plan, and all related resources and activities to ensure continuous.
- Assist the RSM in defining and developing a breakdown of distributor targets specifics to the territorial coverage to ensure that the region contributes to the achievement of long-term objectives as well as targets set in the ABP.
Your Profile:
- Having a skill on negotiation skill, presentation skill and leading the team effectively
- Willing to be placed in Samarinda.
- Having min 3 years' experience in similar position.
- Able to operate MS excel in intermediate level: lookup, pivot and chart development.
- Fluent in English will be preferable.
- Min S1 from any major.
- Experience in managing distributor and GT channel distribution.
