Job Description

Sales Executive Area Surabaya



Requirement:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Placement Surabaya, Jawa Timur
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Two (2) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales result
  • Focused on customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred

  • Fulfilling weekly and monthly sales targets by carrying out activities directed by superiors.
  • Deliver detailed specifications of the products owned by the company properly
  • Establish and maintain good relations with clients, by conducting self visits or online meetings
  • Conducting sales calls for product and company introductions.
  • Arrange sales visit schedule for new clients and existing clients.
