Sales Manager (Surabaya) Jobs

McEasy, Indonesia’s leading web and mobile logistic system, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our ever-growing team.

You will work closely with our Marketing and Commercials team to meet the targeted number of sales.

• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Conduct interviews with sales candidates, set objectives, train and coach them (together with our Sales Traniers), and monitor their performances.
• Ensure that company' sales target are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's sales achievement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
2. Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Sales/Telemarketing Manager (mandatory)
3. Experienced in handling a minimum of 50 sales staffs/salesforces, either Telemarketing or direct sales.
4. Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement
5. Proactive and initiative behavior at work
6. Strong people management and administration skills
7. Have experience in CRM for data analysis and daily activity reporting.
8. Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
9. Strong analytical skills
10. Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
