About Our Client
A well established private hospital group in Indonesia

• Oversee patient assessments, care plans, and treatments, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support to facilitate informed decision-making about their care.
• Coordinate nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and proper utilisation of resources.
• Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on assessments and changing conditions.
• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are maintained.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, providing regular feedback and conducting performance appraisals.
• Advocate for patient's rights, dignity, and well being, addressing any concerns or grievances promptly.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstrated leadership experience, such as charge nurse, unit supervisor, or assistant head nurse.
• License: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia. Additional certifications in specialised areas of nursing or leadership (e.g., Nurse Manager Certification) are advantageous.
• A minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience, with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent. Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
