Senior General Manager Leasing

Requirements :

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a leasing team
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving leasing targets and maximizing profitability
• Strong knowledge of leasing principles, and contract negotiation
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain tenant relationships
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in any major. Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills with the ability to analyze market trends and financial data
• Minimum 10 years' experience as General Manager in leasing shopping mall or retail industry
• Strong crtitical and conceptual thinking

:

• Research and prepare retail market reports including submarket trends, occupancy and rental rate studies, new developments, and competitive property assessments
• Prepare and conduct marketing presentations and merchandising plans
• Collaborate in all leasing endeavors with respect to the company's mall/retail projects,
• Formulate and develop a leasing strategy, which is effective for the mall for management's consideration
• Prepare leasing report, financial reports, and other reports
• Meet and call on new prospects and existing clients to determine short- and long-term requirements
• Collaborate continuously with other individuals on the development team from project conception through design, permitting and construction
