Job Description

s:

  1. Actively searching for brands to join/open their business in our commercial area project
  2. Building & maintaining relationships with brands
  3. Coordinate with the marketing team to arrange the brand/tenant activation program
  4. Negotiating, and signing agreements with brands


Job requirements:

  1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communication/any related fields
  2. Min. 4 years experience as Leasing / Tenant Relations SPV
  3. Good communication & negotiation skills
  4. Strong product knowledge
  5. High mobility
  6. A strong relationship with brands
  7. Good English skills both written and verbal
