General Manager Jobs

At Tías Villas, we are looking for a talented and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our villa development in Kuta Lombok.

Our company is focused on providing exceptional holiday experiences for our guests, and we need someone who shares our passion and commitment to hospitality excellence.

As our General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and finances of our business, while providing leadership and direction to our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable stay at Tia's Villas.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of our employees, providing them with opportunities for growth and career advancement
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring that they are up-to-date with our business practices and procedures
• Manage the day-to-day operations and finances of the business
• Provide leadership and direction to our team of hospitality professionals
• Ensure that the quality of our service is maintained at the highest level, by regularly monitoring and improving our operational processes

Qualifications:

• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, employees, and stakeholders
• At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort or villa setting
• Strong administrative skills, with experience in budgeting, payroll, revenue and forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage daily operations
