This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and plans to drive growth and enhance brand positioning.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on performance analysis to optimize brand initiatives, improve marketing effectiveness, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Brand Marketing Plan and Content Plan by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, and utilize these insights to inform brand strategies.
- Monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals from various divisions.
- Strong drive for personal and professional development, taking ownership of growth opportunities.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and creative roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experienced in identifying target audiences and planning compelling campaigns.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
