Grün Resorts is a family owned barefoot luxury boutique hospitality brand based in Bali, Indonesia.

We are just concluding the soft launch of our Grün Resort Uluwatu property and are extending both our Canggu and Ubud properties with both extensions to open the new facilities this autumn.

For this next phase of our hospitality operations we are looking for a General Manager passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences and leading a great, well established team in Grün.

What we are looking for

• Decades of experience in a luxury hospitality setting
• Understanding of numbers and financials and how to drive top and bottom line growth
• Outstanding appearance with guests and perfect English - a large majority of our guests come from Western countries
• An in depth understanding of our product and our customer target group and the ability to develop the product further together with the owner
• Bringing warmth and friendliness to our destinations
• Real fit and identification with our vision and mission
• Passionate about providing a nature infused outstanding luxury experience to our guests
• Outstanding track record
• Superb daily leadership of the team, developing talents further
• Intimate knowledge of Bali and Indonesia
