My client is a Global Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) solutions provider who is well-known for cabling, PCB assemblies, box build & system integrations.

Due to expansion plans, they are now looking for a General Affairs, Construction Manager to assist in project managing the construction of their new Factory in Batam and manage the operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Construction Manager, you will be overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all the logistics of the

construction project which includes creating work schedules for your team, and allocating

responsibilities. You will be required to conduct site visits, monitor the progress / quality / costs and communicate closely with contractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely completion of project.

What You Should Have

• At least 10 years of experience in Building Projects or MNC A1 Construction firm with ability to understand Construction Industry System and experience in Manufacturing Buildings.
• Have good knowledge and experience in safety and security.
• Min. 5 years of experience as Construction Manager is preferred.
• High agility to work under ambiguity to initiate continuous improvement.
• Experience in building and managing a plant from scratch is a must
