Construction Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for overseeing and provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the construction project. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.

Responsibilities

• Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised subcontractor & suppliers
• Delegating work to subcontractors & suppliers within your team
• Reporting and tracking status reports
• Conducting site visits to inspect work progress by ensuring quality and compliances with regulatory bodies
• Oversee construction projects from construction to completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil/ Structural Engineering
• Strong communication abilities
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving & decision making abilities
• Have good knowledge and experience in safety and security
