Branch Manager Insurance Jobs

Identify new insurable risks within the Business and make recommendations for effective management of the risks.

Sound knowledge regarding Trade Finance process and Insurance regulations.

Responsible for the accurate processing of Trade Finance.

Manage the process of letter of credit/ bank guarantee applications, amendments, etc.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Good English skill both writing and speaking.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Marketing Lead.

Highly preferred talent that is used to manage a Branch.

Responsible for managing the Representative office in the Branch.

Responsible for supervising and controlling the branch's day to day operation.

Provide regular reporting to Head Office as per required.

Identify and maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients to enhance the brand of the company.

Manage and make claim adjustment/assessment, claim services and claim recommendations

Min experience 5-6 years as Surveyor & Adjusters, Marine Underwriter, Claim Consultant, or same position

Have knowledge for insurance policies.

Implement Policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Insurance, especially for efficient claim handling process.

Responsible to maintained claims reserved and claim settlement performance for all claim with all class of business

Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineering / Marine Faculty with min GPA 3.00

Industry sector experience in Automotive, Logistics, Consumer Finance, Travel, and Healthcare will be a plus

>4 years of professional experience in insurance industry

Prior experience in Insurance, Consumer Tech or Consulting

Able to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions

Strong focus on customer experience

Knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL will be a plus

2+ years experience in partnership/marketing executive or 1+ year experience as an partnership/marketing manager.

Has experience in managing partnerships with leasing companies

Excellent communication skills, good negotiator, and good presentation.

Energetic, mature, accountable, self-drive, fast learner, and good analytical skills.

Selling advertising and solutions by establishing partnerships and develop relationships with leasing companies in Indonesia.

Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
