Agency Assistant Manager – General Insurance Jobs

Identify new insurable risks within the Business and make recommendations for effective management of the risks.

Sound knowledge regarding Trade Finance process and Insurance regulations.

Responsible for the accurate processing of Trade Finance.

Manage the process of letter of credit/ bank guarantee applications, amendments, etc.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Good English skill both writing and speaking.

Proven experience min 5 years in a managerial role within the digital marketing industry.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Develop and manage the agency's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Manage and optimize the client budget based on objectives.

A proven experience in a digital agency working with indonesian and foreign clients

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, both in speaking, writing, and listening.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Marketing Lead.

Highly preferred talent that is used to manage a Branch.

Responsible for managing the Representative office in the Branch.

Responsible for supervising and controlling the branch's day to day operation.

Provide regular reporting to Head Office as per required.

Identify and maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients to enhance the brand of the company.

Minimum three years previous and proven operational experience in a General Manager position.

Experience in a leadership position within the travel industry with a proven track record of success.

Knowledge of the travel and yachting industry, including various products, services, and trends.

Familiarity with operating boats in Indonesia and knowledge of destinations is a plus.

Experience in planning and budgeting

Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business

Build and maintain client relationships and provide oversight to account activity

Working closely with insurance partner for handling client claim settlement

Knowledge of a wide variety of substantive legal discplines, including corporate law, accounting standards, insurance, supervisory, contact and litigation process

Understanding of the Group and knowledge of business norms and practices

Prepare weekly report for PEP Acceptance Forms

Monitor daily due-diligence on any suspicious surrender/withdrawal transactions

Provide a due-diligence on any business transactions hit sanction and embarbgo criteria

In charge of OJK and PPATK reports

Responsible to upgrade Agency Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Habit for high productivity and professionalism.

Uphold the integrity in accordance to the above responsibilities.

Responsible for execution, completion and deliver of special projects initiatives from company
