Are you a highly reliable individual with managerial experience looking for a brand new opportunity? One of Bali’s premier marketing agencies specialising in the sales and promotion of exclusive yachts in Indonesia is looking for a General Manager to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate is responsible for the overall supervision of the agency’s operations, personnel management, and business growth. This role requires leadership skills, industry knowledge, and an understanding of the challenges related to operating boats in Indonesia. The General Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operational teams to develop strategies and implement organisational structures to achieve company objectives.
Requirements :
- Excellent level of English both spoken and written.
- Problem solving aptitude
- Open for Local and Expat candidates.
- Experience in a leadership position within the travel industry with a proven track record of success.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skill
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Familiarity with operating boats in Indonesia and knowledge of destinations is a plus.
- Knowledge of the travel and yachting industry, including various products, services, and trends.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations and the ability to work independently.
- Minimum three years previous and proven operational experience in a General Manager position.
- Strong analytical ability
- Good interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities :
- Stay updated with technological advancements and digital marketing trends to leverage business growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive action plan with marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and enhance brand performance.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic leadership and development guidance to achieve financial goals and operational excellence.
- Implement effective policies and procedures within the company to enhance organization, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Resolve customer and boat owner complaints, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development of employees.
- Maintain strong relationships with boat owners and various partners related to the business.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Act as an ambassador for the brands the company represents at events.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage teams, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
