Job Description

PT Siantar Top, Tbk is one of the pioneer of snack industry in Indonesia and has been established for decades. PT Siantar Top, Tbk also listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). We have various kinds of snack variants and still continuing to develop their products, both variants and quality. Some of the products to be well-known snacks in Indonesia and received many awards, such as Superbrands Award. PT Siantar Top, Tbk not only distributed the products in Indonesia, but also in other countries.



Qualifications:

  1. Process minimum Bachelor Degree preferable from Engineering Field (Electrical/ Mechanical, Industrial).
  2. Minimum 10 – 15 years of hands-on experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing plant.
  3. Latest position should as General Manager Production/ Factory General Manager.
  4. In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
  5. Excellent organization, time management and strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset to lead the whole manufacturing.
  6. Proven successful track record in achieving manufacturing target and improvement with high integrity.
  7. Confidence and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
  8. Preferably someone who has good written and communication in English language.
  9. Placement at Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia.
