Operational General Manager Jobs

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements :

• Must be experienced in budgetary control and standard costing systems.
• Experience in implementing IWS.
• Must have at least 10 years' experience operating at General Manager/Director level in a “world class” manufacturing organization in a medium to large sized manufacturing and supply chain management with majority of time spent in Indonesia.
• Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Must have international / multinational experience and is effective at building trust and partnerships.
• Comfortable in matrix environment.
• Experience in interacting with high caliber professionals in leading MNCs.
• Must have experience of specifying and implementing sophisticated ERP and control systems.
• MBA or Degree in Engineering/Technical discipline, with working knowledge of IWS, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
• Have hands-on manufacturing experience, and a real understanding of lean manufacturing best practices and/or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to be both fluent and concise in English.
