Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance revenue generation and drive business growth, while maintaining a focus on profitability.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, to guarantee a seamless and efficient service flow.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to create enticing menus that showcase local flavors and international cuisine, while considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to guarantee a safe and hygienic environment for guests and employees.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, professional growth, and high standards of performance among team members.
  • Lead a team of dedicated staff members, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction throughout all aspects of the dining experience.


Requirements:


  • A passion for culinary excellence, with a deep understanding of food and beverage operations and trends.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in other languages is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
