Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute exceptional guest experiences, inclusive of adventure, cultural, relaxation, culinary, and wellness activities.

Partner with local communities to create authentic Sumbanese experiences, honoring and celebrating our commitment to socially responsible tourism.

Manage all guest communications related to their experiences, from initial planning to post-departure feedback.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional material showcasing our unique offerings.

Ensure the highest standards of safety and customer service are maintained at all times.

Recruit, train, and supervise a passionate and dedicated experiences team.

Regularly analyze guest feedback, identifying areas of improvement and proposing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a similar role.

A deep understanding of and respect for different cultures, with a particular focus on Indonesian culture and tradition.

Proven track record of developing and implementing unique guest experiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.

A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
