Key Responsibilities :

• To organise and control the daily running of the warehouse including the booking in of transport to collect goods for export and local delivery and the provision of invoices and export clearance documents.
• For local Indonesian Orders only - carry out order entry, order processing, transport and invoicing (including crediting and debiting), under clearly defined site policies and procedures using the site’s SAP system as required.
• To provide customer service management for all local Indonesian orders from receipt to invoicing.
• Ensure all raw materials, including additives, packaging, processing aids, and feedstocks are available to support the production plan whilst also being controlled to the corporate inventory limit.
• To develop and monitor the weekly production plan to ensure all orders are despatched as promised and that inventory levels are kept within corporate set limits.
• Plan, organise and communicate the daily production activity for all manufacturing units and work with operations to ensure that the units are optimised and achieve the overall plan for the site.
• Co-ordinate with transport companies for the collection of goods for local delivery and export. Use approved vendors with agree tariff cards only.
• Monitor plans to identify QI priorities and communicate these to the Lab. Advise Customer Service (UK) of any issues with open orders.
• To organise the call off of raw materials, intermediates and packaging from approved vendors to support the weekly production plan.
• Manage order picking to ensure that the right goods, with the right label are allocated to each customer’s order.
• For export orders – co-ordinate order collection locally, invoicing (including crediting and debiting) and provide export clearance documentation in accordance with customer requirements.

Job Requirements :

• Have experience in supply chain environment and be competent in a range of software applications.
• Must be fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in East Java
• Familiar with SAP
