We looking for a Manager to be in charge of managing the brand with the help of the founders. We are looking for someone who thrives in challenging and dynamic environments and is highly motivated, organized, interested in fashion, and easy to work with.

Role Description

As a Manager at Nomadstudio, you will be responsible in overseeing day-to-day operations of the brand while working closely with the founders, including:

Formulate strategy ( inc. commercial and creative directions) and set goals for growth

Formulate and maintain budgets

Set and implement policies and processes

Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

Oversee recruitment

Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

Direct the employee assessment process

Prepare regular reports for upper management and/or founders

Formulate and implement solutions to issues

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or Commerce

Knowledgable in the fields of e-commerce/Direct-to-customers (preferably in Fashion)

Minimum 1 year work experience in a senior/management role
