General Manager - Lifestyle

Responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. Responsibilities are broader in scope and include HR, marketing, and strategy

• Review and approve bills; ensure proper coding and scanning of all invoices
• Manage the maintenance/sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel-outlet(Marek) to protect the asset, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
• Customer Interaction, planning private events, constant coordination with Head Chef, Bar Manager and Floor Manager re ordering, mise en place, staffing, reservations, service, safety, etc.
• Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.
• Market the Food and Beverage outlets; develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and presentations within corporate guidelines to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives.
• Implement and manage all company programs (company/franchise) to ensure compliance with the SOPs; to include safety and sanitary regulation, all federal, state and local regulations to ensure optimal levels of quality service and hospitality are provided to the guest.
• Lead and inspire Management Team with consistency, positivity and professionalism

• Proven track record in building high-performing teams
• Flexible and driven to help the establishment evolve
• 5+ years experience in full service, high volume restaurants
• Experience with RESTO and BAR operations
• Excellence in innovation and execution of new training methods, HR-related issues, SOP’s
• Interest in restaurant marketing preferred
