As General Manager, it will be your job to ensure all departments are designed, put into place, and run according to brand standards for operational service excellence. This will make sure that the resort continues to be successful and viable.

You must have opened new luxury resorts as a senior leader and have an associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, business administration, service management, or a related field. A master's degree or specialized training in hospitality is an asset.

Your sound business acumen, and exceptional execution skills, will set you up for success in this exciting opportunity. You will lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performance team toward success.
