Job Specifications:

• Experience in food & beverage, logistic & hospitality management
• Have experience as Housekeeper and Facility Operation Area
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word & PPT)
• Preferably have POP Certification
• Minimum Diploma Degree with 2 year-related experience in mine facilities area/hospitality
• Willing to be located on our Minesite (with roster 6 weeks: 2 weeks off)
• Have a good knowledge of food hygiene industry, food handling (HACCP)

s:

1. Carry out and supervise cleaning management activities
2. Supervise the mess team to work according to the SOP
3. Carry out and supervise inspection activities on physical conditions, namely facilities & infrastructure of equipment and work area rooms
4. Make and report the results of observations in the work environment to ensure all activities are in accordance with applicable SOPs
5. Carry out and supervise periodic internal analysis activities
6. Supervise and prepare reports on the findings of damage to the operational team
7. Follow up on complaints about area cleanliness, pest control, and sanitation
