Operational General Manager Jobs

Have a minimum 5 years of work experience in a food and beverage company.

Have analytical and problem solving skills.

Establishes overall business and operational strategy

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Establish sufficient prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans

Develop annual sales and business plans

MBA or Degree in Engineering/Technical discipline, with working knowledge of IWS, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing

Have hands-on manufacturing experience, and a real understanding of lean manufacturing best practices and/or Six Sigma.

Must have international / multinational experience and is effective at building trust and partnerships.

Must have experience of specifying and implementing sophisticated ERP and control systems.

Must be experienced in budgetary control and standard costing systems.

Experience in interacting with high caliber professionals in leading MNCs.
