Client Account Manager / Project Manager

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role. You will be working with our sales department & studios team to onboard and manage clients for studio production & editing projects. Responsibilities & Attributes Include:

• Experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is an advantage.
• Experience in project management, working with multiple departments & clients to ensure the client project is managed & on schedule.
• Exceptional client management skills are required.
• You will be responsible for onboarding clients which will require the ability to unpack projects & communicate this information to other departments.
• Ability to manage timelines & schedules on multiple projects.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding the digital marketing & content creation industries is an advantage.
• Experience managing Clickup, Trello, or other project management tools.
• Experience doing quotations & scoping projects is an advantage.
• Ability to problem solve & work in high-pressure environments.
• Must have experience working in studios, digital marketing, branding, social media, or web development agency.

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

You will be working closely with the Director to assist with managing multiple departments of the business. Responsibilities & Attributes Include:

• Weekly & monthly reporting.
• Ability to problem solve & work in high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional client management skills are required.
• Ability to learn the roles of the Director & take over communications working with various business departments.
• Experience working in studios, digital marketing, branding, social media, or web development agency is an advantage.
• Understanding the digital marketing & content creation industries is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to project management to work with different departments to ensure projects are kept on schedule.
• Ability to multitask. You will be working on many tasks & projects simultaneously.
• Experience doing quotations & scoping projects is an advantage.
• Experience managing Clickup, Trello, or other project management tools.
