Job Brief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Digital Marketing Agency. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency's operations and driving its growth and success. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading a team of marketing professionals, and implementing effective strategies to meet business objectives.


Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
  • Day off on weekend (Saturday & Sunday)


Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive the agency's growth and profitability.
  2. Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand the agency's client base.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Collaborate with directors, supervisors and team to set performance goals and objectives.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  6. Creating briefs based on client objectives, target audience insights, and marketing goals.
  7. Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring effective digital marketing solutions and campaign performance.
  8. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues.
  9. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign progress and performance.
  10. Set clear expectations and performance goals for the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  11. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement performance improvement
  13. Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, Web, SEO).
  14. Ensure campaigns are aligned with the client's goals and deliver measurable results.
  15. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  16. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  17. Develop and manage the agency's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  18. Monitor revenue and expenses, implement cost-effective strategies, and drive profitability.
  19. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors.
  20. Manage and optimize the client budget based on objectives.


Requirements

  1. A proven experience in a digital agency working with indonesian and foreign clients
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, both in speaking, writing, and listening.
  3. Proven experience min 5 years in a managerial role within the digital marketing industry.
  4. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  7. Track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  8. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
  10. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
