Our agency leverages digital marketing strategies and technologies to drive targeted traffic, generate high-quality leads, and boost online sales for our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our real estate and ecommerce campaigns.


Job Overview:


As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital advertising campaigns for our clients in these sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, develop effective strategies, and manage all aspects of the campaigns from planning and execution to optimization and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.


Location: Bali, Indonesia


Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience to develop effective strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients


2. Campaign Strategy and Planning:


  • Create comprehensive digital marketing plans, including campaign timelines, budgets, and channel recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target metrics.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.


3. Campaign Execution and Optimization:


  • Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and media buyers, to implement digital advertising campaigns.
  • Adjust campaign strategies, targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximize results and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.


4. Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular performance reports for clients, providing insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for further optimization.
  • Present campaign results to clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and strategies.
  • Experience working with real estate clients and/or managing ecommerce campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding client goals.
  • Proficient in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in a digital advertising agency.
